Bridging Two Legal Worlds
A dedicated consultancy built on cross-border experience, commercial insight, and trusted client relationships.

Muataz Aloshebi
Muataz is a Libyan-qualified lawyer with a broad practice that covers corporate and commercial matters (foreign direct investment, joint ventures and restructurings), project development, negotiation and contracting and international arbitration. He relocated to the United Kingdom and went on to complete a master's degree in Oil and Gas Law with the University of Aberdeen. He has spent his career working closely with international oil and gas companies on complex contract negotiations and project administration in Libya. Muataz represents clients before the ICC in Paris and other international arbitration bodies and has been engaged to work closely with international law firms to follow up high profile court proceedings in London, Paris, Berlin and Frankfort over the past fifteen years.
His combined experience across two jurisdictions — and his understanding of how each market actually works — is at the heart of every client engagement. Aloshebi & Associates was founded to make that expertise directly available to businesses navigating the UK–Libya corridor.
